Job Description:

  • Pitch loan products to target segment.
  • To prepare action plans individually for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals & DSAs.
  • Work on leads provided by partners/DSA (Direct selling agent) as well as organically generate leads through active scouting.
  • Logins/ Approvals/ Disbursals Source & Develop leads and find new clients for the company.
  • Follow up with customer on documentation, sanctions, approvals rejections Work as a liaison between customer and credit.
  • Respond promptly and respectfully to consumer complaints and queries Ensure adherence to
  • Responsible for end-to-end customer acquisition.
  • Operations Engage with borrowers on an ongoing basis to address any queries and ensure good loan servicing by them Dealer Relationships Management Manage existing and build new dealer relationships ensuring our borrowers get attractive pricing Competition Awareness Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the city.
